By downloading, installing, or using the ScratchList mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
ScratchList grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (or Google Play Terms of Service, as applicable).
The App offers optional in-app purchases, including individual movie packs and a Lifetime Pro upgrade. All purchases are one-time, non-consumable transactions processed by Apple or Google. Prices are displayed in your local currency at the point of purchase.
All purchases are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.
All app data (scratched movies, ratings, badges, and streaks) is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain user accounts or cloud storage. If you uninstall the App, your local data may be permanently lost.
All content in the App — including but not limited to artwork, text, trivia, badge designs, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of the App developer or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.
Movie titles and related factual information are used for informational and entertainment purposes. ScratchList is not affiliated with or endorsed by any film studio or distributor.
You agree not to:
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact the developer through the designated support channels on the App Store or Google Play Store.
